We begin by sharing
information. In addition to absorbing the briefings and reviewing the
materials you provide, we conduct our own research to evaluate
perceptual gaps, strategic opportunities and tactical needs. In most
cases, we then prepare a comprehensive recommendation, including a
detailed budget.
Once the parameters of
the assignment are determined, we structure the account to meet your
needs. Like most traditional agencies, we bill hourly fees and
out-of-pocket expenses. However, lacking the overhead of the familiar
full-service firms, our hourly rates are very competitive and we never
mark up expenses. We also have the flexibility to work on a project,
retainer or hourly basis, depending on your requirements and the scope
of the program.
Most
importantly, we build client service teams to suit your needs, not ours,
and these teams are composed exclusively of seasoned communications
professionals who won’t be “learning on the job.” All BioComm Network
counselors are successful independent business persons who contract with
us, not salaried employees, so the quality of their work for clients has
